Marco Zupi is Scientific Director of the Centre for Studies in International Politics (CeSPI), an Italian think-tank on international relations, and Scientific Coordinator of the Local 2030 Coalition’s Knowledge and Scientific Network, part of UN-Habitat. He is a Professor of International Political Economy and Development Studies in the Faculty of International Studies at Hanoi University in Vietnam and Development Political Economy programme coordinator for the PhD programme in political science at Roma Tre University in Italy.
